Project Goal: Another configuration of my favorite flights -two stagers. This rocket is made up of the fin can of my Level 3 rocket "Killer Shrew" and the sustainer of my newly rebuilt "Quantum Leap" sustainer. Estimated maximum speed (sustainer)1135.6809 ft/s
